Exhibition Overview
The company participated in the energy exhibition held in the U.S.A. The exhibition, as a global event in the field of energy, provided us with a valuable display platform, enabling us to directly face the international market and promote our portable power supply products.
Number of Customers:
During the exhibition, we received more than 50 visitors from all over the world, among which about 30 potential customers clearly expressed their interest in our products. This number far exceeded our expectations, showing the wide demand for portable power supplies in the global market.
Customer Quality:
In terms of customer composition, we reached out to a wide range of industry professionals, including energy solution providers, outdoor retailers, and emergency equipment suppliers. These customers not only have in-depth knowledge of and demand for our products, but also have high purchasing power and market influence.
It is particularly worth mentioning that we have also made initial contact with several internationally renowned companies, which have shown strong interest in our products and expressed their willingness to co-operate in the future.
Trading Customers
During the exhibition, we successfully signed cooperation agreements or letters of intent with 5 customers, involving an amount of 60,000 US dollars. These customers are mainly from North America, Europe and Asia, covering our main target markets.
In addition to the customers who signed contracts directly, a number of customers indicated that they would learn more about the product details after the exhibition and arrange follow-up business negotiations, and more deals are expected to be concluded in the coming weeks.
Areas for Improvement
Booth design and display effect:
Although our booth design was recognised by most visitors, there is still room for improvement. In the future, we can consider adding more interactive elements, such as a virtual reality experience area or a live demonstration area, in order to more intuitively display the performance and advantages of our products.
Product introduction and demonstration:
Some visitors showed some confusion in understanding the products, which may be related to the fact that our product introduction was not deep enough or the way of demonstration was not intuitive enough. In the future, we should strengthen the training of our sales team to ensure that they can accurately and vividly convey product information.
Customer follow-up and service:
After the exhibition, we need to follow up with potential customers more efficiently and respond to their enquiries and feedback in a timely manner. At the same time, establish a perfect customer service system to provide customers with a full range of pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services to enhance customer stickiness.
Market research and competition analysis:
During the exhibition, we realised that the market competition is getting more and more intense. In the future, we should strengthen the research and analysis of the market to understand the product dynamics and market strategies of competitors, so that we can adjust the market strategy and product direction in time.
